Jeff on saxophones and Rob Rushin on guitar recorded live in the studio—lots of layers but no overdubs.  Rob describes this as “chamber fusion for the new millennium,” and that seems about right.  Crompton originals and pieces by Steve Lacy, Dave Holland, and Cecil Taylor.  But Does It Swing? is a 30-minute EP, and is a factory-pressed (not homemade) CDr.
